Who Decides Return Offers?
Just curious how those discussions look internally for larger internship programs: Is it just purely based on the written reviews from the bankers you've been staffed with? Is it a roundtable of every full-time banker at the firm, i.e. anyone who could've walked past you in a hallway or overheard you talking with other intern friends?
Who has the most say in decisions specifically related to you? How are you compared to other interns?
Additionally, haven't gotten a ton of feedback so far on my performance. Is it often that people are completely blindsided by evaluations/formal reviews? Is the fact that I've heard some positive feedback, but no "clear" negative feedback a good sign or the usual, even for bad interns?
