Who is hiring lateral analysts right now?

Hey guys, I hear alot of talk about how the ipo market is coming back and that banks may be short staffed to handle this. Have you guys seen an uptick in hiring at any of the BB/top MM banks at the analyst level for laterals? Anyone know the situation at UBS since jefferies took half the healthcare team?

You wouldn't qualift as a a lateral hire - most of these guys are looking for analysts with 2-3 years experience. I have heard directly from GS recruiter that they're only hiring laterally if a) you know someone b) from within the firm

ambitionerCornelius, Could I get the contact at RBS from you if you happen to have one? I did one year of Lev Fin and now looking to lateral. I think I could be a good fit. If you could help me out, that'd be great
