Who runs the dataroom?
Towards the end of the m&a process, there is a lot of confirmatory due diligence work to organize documents and upload them to the dataroom. Is this the responsibiltiy of the M&A team or does coverage help out as well?
The client IT team who make you wait 2 weeks to download a shitty software that can reach whatever archaic file type the client data is encrypted in. They really have everyone by the balls.
