Who’s quitting post-bonus?
As the title reads, do you plan on quitting after your bonus hits? Why are you quitting and what do you plan to do next?

I’m an An1 at a BB in nyc and plan on leaving after my bonus hits at the 1 year mark.
Hours of the job are retarded and the long days aren’t worth it anymore since I know I’ll get a shit bonus anyways.
Prob will try to find something on the buy side or some cool strat/corp dev tech role
Is there still a clause that you have to stay a year after you received your bonus?
You typically have to stay one year or else there is a clawback on the signing bonus - no clawback on the actual bonuses.
At least half of my class by the time we get our bonuses.
