Why? - Biography
Whenever I look at a PE firm's website, almost every single biography is listed, even for analysts/associates. havent seen this even at a lot of boutique banks. are they required to be that open or is there another reason?
why not? do you not want your piper jaffray experience to show up and have random students call you up and worship you?

They are not required to do anything. They just happen to want it that way. Many banks/PE firms do that.
