Why does banking have to be so complicated?

I am referring to the whole relationship, burning bridges, and all that bs that comes with it...Three weeks left in my BB internship and I need your opinion on a possible situation...How awkward would it be if I get a full time offer, sit on it until I interview with other firms, don't get another offer, and then accept offer? I am sure this has happened to someone, will it affect the relationshop with the firm?

Depends on how much time they give you to accept the offer. You may not have enough of a window to interview anywhere else. I don't know what the industry standard is.

If you do have enough time, then they won't care. They don't expect you to accept it on day 1.
