Why does Monaco have such a high country risk premium?
I was looking through Damodaran's stats and noticed that Monaco has a higher-than-expected country risk premium (5.89%). Meanwhile, countries like Serbia, Ivory Coast, and Uzbekistan have lower country risk premiums. Why is that?
