I have an ECM interview at BAML tomorrow and heard they focus on your motivation for ECM in comparison to other groups.
So far, I've got: working on both private and public side, exposure to banking and markets skill set and working with clients that are early in their cycle.
Anyone have any advice and what to stress in the interview?
