Why it is wrong to put Senior Bankers on a throne

To all interns and analysts:

I've read a lot of horror stories here from senior bankers literally bullying analysts and interns. This is such bullshit, that senior bankers think that more experience also make them the better persons. You are an adult as well legally and should be treated like one! Everytime senior bankers are angry at you, just try to tell them: sorry for my mistake, I'll look into it again and then smile! That way they don't have any power over you and see that their rage don't get to you.
