Why not just hire another analyst instead of killing one?
Just want to give you guys some context before the world flips over with what I'm gonna say.. Im just a freshman entering my sophomore year and don't know why an IBD group can't just hire another 1-2 analysts/associates to alleviate the pressure/work from everyone?
Someone care to explain please?
