Why Roths good for career bankers?
As stated in the title, often hear this get thrown around in London but wanted to understand if this was actually the case and why?
Think there's an important distinction b/w it being good for current career/senior bankers and being good for aspiring career bankers that are currently junior

Rothschild is publicly traded though only 40% float.
Yeah idk. Rothschild is a well-known volume shop that churns through mid-market deals like crazy so I doubt that there isn't pressure to bring in deals 24/7. The point about being advisory-only applies to any EB and makes it potentially harder for aspiring MDs to build client relationships since you have a smaller product suite.
To add, they do have a lot of $1+ billion deals as well and not just middle market ones
