Why So Many LBO Questions

I've had a couple interviews of various rounds (1st rounds at most BB) as well as a few super days at MM and 1 BB, I've gotten tons of LBO questions? Why the shift from mostly DCF questions? BTW - some of the books on PE great primers on PE and will really help with LBO q's
