Will AN1s be on the chopping block for layoffs? How does this impact signing bonus clawbacks?

Title is pretty self explanatory. Obviously quite nervous right now given the bloodbath that’s beginning across the Street. One thing I’ve been wondering a lot about lately is if the signing bonus clawback provision still applies to those laid off or fired.

Obviously would be very sad if my bank laid me off and then asked me to give them $12k back lol
