The word "talent" has probably suffered from the most inflation in the past couple years

JPM started recruiting before any of the boutiques this past year, and the BB timeline was neck in neck with the EB timeline for nondiversity
At the associate / post-MBA level definitely. Even some of the top MMs draw people away particularly those with all cash comp. Meaningful difference
