After an info session where I got a business card from one of the junior analyst alumni, I sent thank you letters with my resume, or cold emails to other bankers' email address according to their names... I know it's crazy because nobody here does such things... I am eager to be a part of the team and I am now afraid such cold mails will hurt my chance...
