Will I get blacklisted for this?

A while back I applied to a sophomore Diversity Program for a BB which provides you a sophomore and and junior internship and I may have switched around the titles of my past 2 jobs, making me seem like I was a supervisor in both jobs when in reality I was only a retail associate. I also used my cc's GPA since I just transferee to 4 year semi-target school. I did that to make it look better and thought I had no chance. Well, I got an email for a first-round phone interview. What do I do? The opportunity is amazing and I know i'll def crush it in the interview process but do not want to get blakclisted. Should I just not answer and withdraw? I know what I did was wrong. I don’t know what to do, please advise

Honestly don't think it's that big of a deal. No one will care if you were a sales associate or a manager. At most they'll hire a third party company (only if you get the offer) to call your place of employment and confirm your dates but they won't ask "was he a manager." I'm assuming you just said manager of a store? If you went ahead and said you were like district supervisor of 30 stores that's totally unbelievable.

In terms of your GPA, I never had to send in my transcripts, but I know some people did (again only after you get the offer). If there's any confusion there, say the only grades you had were from CC. Even if you submitted late into your second semester, say there was a problem with your transcript and you couldn't see your GPA until after you submitted the application or whatever.

Most likely literally none of this will come up unless you said you were the CEO of the company or that you said your GPA was a 4.0 (and maybe it was in CC) but is currently a 2.0 at your semi target.

(not the OP) Don’t they ask for a contract for background check or how does it work. I worked on a cruise the summer after high school, but never included it since I was paid on a daily basis (no contract/proof of employment)
