Will I get blacklisted if I leave after 3-4 months
Incoming FT analyst at a BB. Was wondering if I left the BB 3-4 months after starting, would I be blacklisted from the BB if I decide to reapply to that same BB in the future?
Any thoughts on this?

Obviously. Why would they ever want you back?
Not just that one BB but most banks in general would be unlikely to take you seriously if leave so soon without a very good reason.
