Sounds like someone is insecure about their job
I mean it’s a hateful statement but kinda true right? What have CS juniors done when their MDRs all left? I’m exaggerating but it is common to have sub vertical head MDRs left and the juniors under that just do nothing this year. How did I know? I’m one of them lmao
complete outsider - but take a look at league table pre and post the acquisition, the only reason UBS is even on that list is bc of CS. Would in fact argue the opposite if UBS generates anything meaningful this year; the only stream of revenue (not many to start with) comes from the CS part…
The CS bankers have had zero power of what happened to their bank, they’ve probably worked quite hard as well but with much more anxiety.
Furthermore, since UBS acquired CS the worked hours etc is technically credited to the now combined IBD and the other way around
Cs bankers did nothing all summer. Better pro forma their bonuses for sucking otherwise I'm leaving
