I’m gunning for PE and everybody in my group has told me to be open about PE recruiting so that I can use the senior bankers as resources. Will this impact my first year and second year bonus numbers if I do this? I can see this impacting it if it’s a group that is not open to recruiting but this doesn’t seem like that type of group at all, but I still have my hesitations.
