just about to start background check - it is outsourced. Will they find out? Everything else on my resume is accurate (i.e. dates/title).
regret this, and am justifiably anxious, but there isn't much I can do now...

I think companies are only legally allowed to disclose your official title and your start/end dates. You'll most likely be fine.
