Will they rescind my offer after background check?
Currently, in the first year in a French business school in a 2-year program (2025-2027, called "Programme Grande École"). First year is general, specialisations come the second year (Finance, Marketing, ...). On my CV I put "Master in Finance - Programme Grande École", as I plan to join it in the second year.
Got an offer for a 2026 summer in a BB. Will they rescind my offer during the background check, realising I am NOT currently in a Master in Finance, even tho there was no will to mislead anyone in the first place?
