Work experience before uni??

Hey, so I'm doing my a levels right now and I know that I want to go into finance (not entirely sure what specifically rn but looking at IB or ER and then AM, also find the idea of fixed income research interesting) If anyone could give tips when it comes to landing yr12/yr13 work experience that would be so helpful

I know that there's some shops that offer some work experience but how do I signal my interest in finance without coming off too nerdy??

Also my a levels aren't really related to finance too much (no econ/ maths, I do History, law and business) and I plan on doing History at uni (UK target tho) so I'm worried that would diminish my chances at this point.
