Just got an offer from BAML London and wanted to know as an intern, what kind of perks will I get. Is there any free cafeteria, free dinner or free uber home at night? Or what can I expect?

You're literally 1 year too late. Starting next intern class BofAML will remove the capped hours, making it exactly equal to every other BB internship
Will they have a protected Saturday policy as other banks?
Difficult to say, as until now the capped hours also meant no weekends at all.
Do you know if there will be any OT pay as hours get longer? Curious to know if they are adopting the NYC model by paying over time or not.
