I am currently a rising junior SA at a BB (BAML, JPM, Citi), but I have finished recruiting for next summer and received an offer from an EB (MC, LAZ). I am looking for any advice to break the news to the firm I'm summering w/, bc they have been super nice throughout the whole process and are expecting me to return next summer. Any advice would be great!
