Working in S&T/trading with a sensitive stomach?

I have some digestive issues that make it better for me to avoid mainly alcohol, but a good number of other foods too. If I drink/eat the wrong thing, I can be uncomfortably bloated with constipation/nausea, sometimes for days depending on severity. This takes a toll on my mental health/physical comfort/ability to focus on work, as well as just being embarrassing to look temporarily pregnant. As a trader at a BB, how much will this hurt my career? I know salespeople have to go out with clients often, but how is it on the trading side, and will it also significantly hurt my ability to network internally?

For more context, I’m not completely unable to drink/eat out. I can handle e.g. vodka sodas but not beer/wine. I can also eat foods that don’t have a lot of high-fodmap ingredients, but this is less available at most restaurants. I’m also a woman who will probably be on a credit desk if that makes a difference.
