Working Remotely due to Vaccination Status
Does anyone have some team members working remotely due to not being vaccinated/policy about being in office? Is that seen as a big deal as long as you are still getting work done?

Do u know which banks have a mandatory vaccine policy?
My firm has a vaccination policy to be in office and everyone on my team is vaccinated.
This would very likely piss off your team if you did this, especially the seniors.
Why would anyone be mad about that? That person wouldn’t be choosing to work from home for no reason, they’re just complying with company policy by not being allowed into the office
I think there will be a grace period, but if not eventually vaccinated by a specific date, they’d get the boot (unless of course there is an actual exemption reason).
But why though? If someone is still working hard and just is following company policy by working remotely, why should that be an issue? If anything, they should take that up with the company that won’t let them in office, it’s not the individuals fault
