Working with Restructuring Advisors (A&M, THM, AlixPartners) in London
Hi All (esp RX), I would like to know if you have worked with any of the specialist financial restructuring firms in London, i.e. Alvarez & Marsal, THM Partners, or AlixPartners in a Chief Restructuring Officer capacity? Curious to know what the experience was like and if you think it was a worthwhile expense to the debtor? Thanks
Hey Always Greener, I'm here because nobody responded to this thread after a few days...maybe one of these resources will help you:
Hope that helps.
Hello Bot, thanks for showing my post some love. Those links are useful. However, I am curious to hear from bankers or lawyers who have worked with those firms as advisors and what the experience was like. I am at an advisor myself and am keen to differentiate between those three. Thanks again.
never heard of thm. Alix and A&M obviously top tier restructuring consultants along with FTI and McKinsey RTS etc
