worth it for an internship?

Im looking for internships at local boutiques. I don't have any offers besides a place called 7 Mile Advisors in Charlotte. The internship was described as basically making cold calls to C level executives to see if they wanted to buy/sell their companies in M&A deals most of the day (80% of the day), with a few other thing making up "less than 20 percent of the work" and they do not have analyst so getting a job with the firm after is not possible .. I would end up losing money on the internship with its really low pay and having to find an apartment in the area.

Would I be able to land analyst interviews with other banks if I had a boutique like this on my resume? Even if the work experience was not modeling/finance related?

For me it would be worth it if it was possible to land analyst interviews from having this internship, but I'm from a non target school with an ok GPA so i don't know if I would still be in a bad position regardless if I had this internship on my resume or not.
