Probably group dependent. If you are leaving a relatively weak group at JPM for a relatively strong group at MS, they yeah it might be worth it.
Group is everything - Generalist offer to generalist offer, they are about the same. Caveat perhaps that your JPM group has already gotten to know you for 3 months and you could get going faster as a FT analyst, but peanuts.
If you’re in a bad group and can get guaranteed placement into a top group, consider it, otherwise probably not worth going through interviews again
