Worth taking a more stressful role for slightly more money?
In a product team and interviewing with a sector team at a different bank - a sector that I have never covered but know the MD personally.
Could this move be worth the stress of starting as a novice again? I also have no relationships at this other bank so I will have to rebuild social capital - new bank is ‘more prestigious’ and expected salary bump of ~30%, but heard that it is an absolute sweatshop compared to my current ‘chill’ bank.
