Would it be possible/make sense to move from one grad program to another?

Say if someone was to join a grad program at an investment bank this September but quickly realizes they'd rather be at a different bank for whatever reason - would it be sensible/possible to then apply for a full-time grad role at another investment bank? Would the new bank consider you? Just curious.
