Would Love Some Advice

Hope everyone is doing well. I'm currently in my 3rd year at a non target, and recently recevied an internship offer from a BB. Although it's a back office position, I'm excited about this opportunity and plan on using it as a learning experience/stepping stone. I would love to land a full time offer for a more front office position next year, and wanted to know if anyone has been in a similar situation that could offer some advice.
