Thinking about Dimon’s and a few others success stories. The assistant to executive pipeline seems almost guaranteed, obviously more exposure to C suite/execs being the factor. While the money is probably significantly less compared to IB are there any other reasons this isn’t a strong pipeline to a successful career nowadays?
