Would you decline SA return offer to recruit somewhere else given hiring freeze/head count uncertainty throughout the industry?
Would you decline SA return offer to recruit somewhere else given hiring freeze/head count uncertainty throughout the industry? Let me know what you guys think.
I think it is extremely stupid to decline a FT offer to recruit full-time given everything that is happening. If the low offer rates (except for the top EBs and BBs) were any indication, there isn't going to be any full-time recruiting at most of the banks.
Really dude?
Imagine being the runner up to get the offer in the HR & program manager meeting and the dude that gets the offer wants to decline to recruit elsewhere in the middle of a pandemic..... really bro
