Writing a recommendation on a potential acquisition

Hi guys,

I am currently applying for SA IBD roles in London. One of the BB asks you to write (modify already written) a recommendation letter on a potential acquisition to a client as one of the stages of their assessment process, it's something they call job simulator assessment.

How would you advise approaching this? The letter is drafted by one of your analysts who sends it to you and asks you to review it and provide a final version. The letter seems well written but there is still stuff to add, as in the beginning of the assessment you are shown some info on company financials etc – so you can draw your own conclusions and go with that.

Thanks for your advice in advance!
