CVP base salary numbers shared by LIT are incorrect:
An1 base is 110k not 130k
As1 base is 185k not 300k
Both #'s confirmed by people that just started a few weeks ago

CVP is great but as of now they must be the most overrated bank on WSO
You must’ve never worked a day on the street. There have been a lot of people at my place who have lateraled over or are currently trying to. You don’t get that type of reputation just from WSO threads. People talk. It’s the arguably the best place to be as a career banker. If your goal is PE/HF, that’s a bit different, but if you’re set on banking, there’s really no other bank that matches the experience.
