Yoga and Banking

Does anybody do a daily yoga practice in banking?  I ask because I know plenty of people who go to the gym to decompress, but I want to know if I'd be able to disconnect for an hour (be away from my phone) without getting shit for it.  Basically can I be unavailable for an hour either in the morning or sometime in the evening to practice yoga?  Thanks for the thoughts....

Personally would consider it very unlikely to get a solid hour in the morning to do this. I lift weights for the same reasons and have been able to do so about 4 times a week during the following windows:

friday night 7-10pm

Saturday all day

Sunday morning / afternoon

Monday early morning

would say that Monday -Thursday are going to be extremely busy days for you if your in a FO IB role so would consider those unlikely that you’ll be able to carve an hour out if working in office.

Joined Alo yoga's online platform for this reason. Super convenient to pick a class and quite a few options for different class lengths. Definitely tough to have a consistent practice but I usually aim for Friday-Sunday and maybe another day here and there.

When do you go to sleep normally? I wake up around 7:30 to workout but it's not enough time for a full workout and going to sleep around 1-2 AM everyday kind of limits how early I wake up.
