Trying to leave as well. Now a second yr analyst but team culture is toxic and sweaty.

To be fair this is a tough job market
Was exaggerating a bit, I have gotten 3 interviews but all were first round and got rejected next day. Probably submitted 50 apps by know at least and haven’t gotten any other interview invites
