I don't get it. I've seen resumes much stronger AND this is an IBD board AND he went to Calvin. I would not want to be him...ever.
In the VC/entrepreneurship community, this guy is mad respected. I would argue that coming from a no-name school, founding successful startups, becoming known as one of the leading user experience designers out there (and one of the leading experts in tech entrepreneurship in general) beats the traditional HYP > GS/JPM/MS IBD > PE and its variations.
