Your top 5 money managers

This list is purely subjective, but it will be interesting to see people's top 5 favorite money managers. They can be from hedge funds, investment management, endowments, pensions, family office.

My top 5 are:

Buffett (i hate his self-righetousness, but the guy is brilliant) Soros (too bad he basically retired. still an amazing macro guy) Einhorn (his lehman call will go down as one of the best trades ever) Klarman (arguably the most consistent deep value investor) Simons (quant god: rentech's performance is downright scary)

leveRAGE.Can't believe all of you guys forgot Tim Sykes. Guy is a living legend.

Indeed, I purchased some of his penny stock investing DVDs and I've learn't tons through his proprietary strategies. The guy is an absolute rain-maker! I'm also hoping to buy his hedge fund book on amazon as a source of inspiration when my $500 Scott trade account takes a beating. There is no doubt in my mind that all the knowledge that I've derived from Tim's DVDs will serve me well in landing a spot on Jeffries' Cash Equities desk.
