Zurich<=>London differences of IB

Hello everyone! as a swiss engineering graduate i want to start an IB career with the goal to enter PE some day. Concerning quality can anyone give me some insight about the difference of working as an analyst in either Zurich or London (Credit Suisse). Moreover, how do HR people of known PE shops evaluate it. Thank you in advance!

If I were you, I'd stay in Zurich, much smaller town, everybody knows everybody and IMO better job prospects with less competition. I did CS last summer (internship in Zurich) and there's no way I'd stay in London to work having Zurich, but I guess it's just an opinion.
