1 Year Switch
Not sure if anyone can help on this topic....
Is it realistic for an analyst to switch either firms or positions after just 1 year of work. Lets say this analyst does not feel they are gaining valuable experience but they are really trying to work hard.
Does anyone know of anyone who has switched firms after one year, what the demand would be like for a 2nd year analyst, and also if you could start as a 2nd year rather than starting over.
