This actually isn't a bad question. I am at a non target looking to apply online this winter, and I was wondering this same question. I have heard everything from the first week in Dec. to the first week in Feb.
What is best?
Asia is in late November/early December.
US "official deadlines" are way after actual recruitment. I would apply by 1st week of January to be safe.
