2021 Recruiting Citi/Moelis/others - more competitive now that full time offers are extended to everyone?
Will 2021 recruiting for firms that have extended automatic return offers more competitive for those currently applying?

My initial gut believes it wont make much of a difference. The majority of those interested in IB are going to apply to Moelis and Citi anyways. This will likely make a difference for a very small group of individuals . May it have an impact on perceived job safety? Maybe. But again I imagine its marginal.
