2022 SA return offer rates

Incoming 2022 SA wondering what FT return offers may look like for the upcoming summer. Obviously, in 2021, banks had strong deal flow and, as a result, there was a huge demand for talent. However, I've heard that this strong deal flow is slowing down and also there's predictions about a financial crash that's about to occur in 2022.

Do y'all think 2022 SAs are going to have similar return offer rates as 2021 SAs or would it likely be (noticeably) lower? Will banks continue to have a strong demand for talent in 2022 as we all seen in 2021? Curious to hear perspectives around this.
