5 years exp in Valuation Industry - At the edge of shifting (Need Advise)

1. I've been working as a Valuation Specialist for last 4.5 years and been trying to make it to M&A, BB or Transaction Advisory roles.

2. Yesterday it is made public that my current firm is acquired by D&P, another valuation and corp. finance major after Big 4.

3. After long and fighting three years of application and interviews, I now have an offer from a boutique middle market investment bank doing 3-4 deals an year. The firm is relatively new with 6 years of history and relatively unknown in the circles. However, management is active in deal space and 50% of people working are from target schools.

4. Senior Management at my current firm (target/acquiree firm) are trying to raise my hopes that I will be shifted to new firms (Acquirer) Corp Finance division and working on live deals. And that D&P is better brand than the boutique IB that I want to join.

????
Should I stick with my current firm or Shift to the new boutique middle market investment bank
