6 months - 1 year exp
How strict is the requirement for 6 month+ experience with job postings? I have about a years worth of internship experience in IB and PE and just wanted to know if these experienced positions are worth my time?
Are BBs strict? what about MMs? obviously small boutiques will be flexible....
curious as well...
I recently had an interview with an MM that required 2+ yrs of experience and I'm a recent graduate (master's degree) with no full time experience... The time that you spend on applying for a job is negligible

Most experienced positions look for 1-2 years minimum.
