Accepting an offer to potentially deny it later ?

Hi guys, here is my dilemma.

I have applied for many part-time positions and have gotten an offer from this company. However, I have similarly applied to other part-time positions in Banking (with really few applicants on LinkedIn) where I am a good fit.

The company who gave me an offer wants to move quickly, but I haven’t yet received any response, or any review of my « Banking » applications.

What should I do? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time but the offer I got could also be the best one I could get.

What would you do?

I am in Europe btw.
