Accounting: Stay or W?

After receiving my SA offer, this semester I took some time to actually enjoy college, but as a result, I'm kinda falling behind. 3 finance courses I have As/Bs right now, but an intermediate accounting course isn't going too well (have a D currently). I have a 3.55 GPA. Thinking about whether I'll be jeopardizing my IB offer by taking the W, this will be the first time ever. I brought additional credits from HS so I'm still graduating on time. What do you guys think?

Edit: idk why this belongs in job search board. I think this is relevant to IB.
