ACN MC vs JPM PB

Hi guys,

This is my first post, although I've been following for a while. I don't mean to spam with another job option post, but I do have a dilemma that I can't get over and my deadline's closing in.

I have a FT offer from Accenture's MC Development Program and from JPM PB (Banker role). I've narrowed it down to these two but really can't make a choice either way. Both do require creativity and people skills. I've heard that the MCDP program is good, and JPM's training is very reputable. I could really see myself in either role, though I suppose JPM's internal mobility claim would make it more of a career, and ACN's culture more of a job.

Of course the JPM name is solid, but so is the MC field. Pay really isn't an incentive, and it's quite difficult to faze me with work or hours.

I guess my criteria is what could make me come out smarter, and with a better business school opportunity. What makes this hardest is that I could swing any way in terms of future preferences-- private equity/industry/Asset Management.

Any advice? They are from the same location and both very big there.

Thank you in advance! And just by the way, this forum is really an amazing source of information.
